To list your property with placeinthesun.co.uk simply:

1. fill in the property listing form

2. After you submit it you can send us your photos (up to five per listing)

3. Then proceed to the payment page - you can pay securely online using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch, Maestro and Paypal.

4. Once your listing, any photos and payment have been received, we will prepare your listing and add it to the website - usually within 24 hours. We will let you know when it is added.

How to send us photographs to use with your property listing

(if you do not want to add photos to your listing or want to add them later

You can upload your photos from your computer or
you can send us your property photographs (up to five photos per property) by e-mail or by post.

Please read this carefully -
if you send photos in a format not listed or in file sizes that exceed those stated
we may not be able to use them

Each photo must not be larger than 300KB in size so please resize if necessary before attempting to upload them

You can e-mail us up to five photographs to be used with your property listing as long as you follow the following guidelines:

Each photo must be no wider than 400 pixels and cannot be larger than 300KB in size

You must state in your e-mail your name and what property the photos relate to

By post

You can send us actual photographs by post and we will scan them for you for use with your property listing at no charge. The better the photos the better the results! We will return photos, but only if accompanied by a suitable stamped addressed envelope (UK only).
