Electricity comes from the town and water, from your own well that has up to now never had any probems providing water. It even tastes better than townwater and we drink from the tap.

The only negative small thing is the road. The road to the south is five kilometres, three of which has already been asphalted. We think that the remaining part will be done in the next two years since some neighbours are already organising a committee with the townhall of Arenas. This road however is not too bad and can be driven with any car that is not too low.

On the northside and down to Arenas there is another road and asphalting this road will start in December, the residents have already paid for this.

Included is a satellite dish which receives Dutch TV. The reception is perfect. There is also a radio internet connection- 40 euros per month for 24 hours internet per day.
